Now I'm going to have to polish my scales

Yeah!!! Very nice. I love those blue handles.

I polished my 970's handles and blade, and it was a real job only using my hands and sandpaper. No powertools at all. It really does make them much more appealing!

todd1,
that rocks,i have a couple of questions,
ive been playing with my knifes, polishing the liners, scales ect. and i want to start to replace the scales on some of the knives i have now for fun, how did you counter sink the scale holes? any recomendations for the scale polishing, so far i just ust sand paper and go up in grit. but i havent been able to get the same look as yours. is that just the thicker g10?
any help would be great, or advise

Thanks for all the kind words guys!!! And Clayton I emailed you with a few tips but forgot the countersink question, I just modified a drill bit to give it a " \/ " shape to it!! But you can buy the countersink bits at any local H&W store!!
Take Care All,
Todd:)
