A local customer asked me to "Alaska Up" his Buckmaster 184. He carried it in the service, and just wants to "have" it now. It has a spacer of blue/brown mammoth ivory, a handle of moose antler with burl and a cap of musk ox horn. This kind of conversion isn't for everybody but he sure likes it.

Gorgeous Mark, like everything else I've seen of yours! I like how you retained the hollow handle and cap!

I'll be hitting you up for some mammoth here soon, but have some questions. Will email you later this evening.

OK, talk to you later.

Well, presuming here that the tip on it has snapped?
The customising has saved its actual worth as a sentimental keepsakes now.
Good job!

That is awesome, I like small multi-tool and other items you have in the handle.

GIRLYmann, I think the tip is in the fur hehehe.

I see what you noticed but I think the tip is stuck into the fur.

Thanks everybody. Yes the tip is in the fur. I thought about taking it out before snapping the picture but what the heck. A repair on a snapped tip would surely have been part of the restoration. Anyway thanks again.
