Customized my JYD2 today, or rather my buddy did

So i have been carrying my Junk yard dog about 2 years now, and the stone was is quite scratched and not very pretty anymore, so i decided that i was going to have my buddy asm3686(member here) acid etch and stone wash it for me. I had him do the liners, clip and blde for me and it turned out spectacular! Really really awesome job, i can only mildly express how good a job he did for me.

If anyone is interested in this service i suggest contacting him. He is VERY meticulous and careful, and probably the only one i trust with my knives. Good guy an da great job. Thanks buddy

Nice, I like the rugged look it has and how it plays off the scales. Wonder how this treatment would look on a CB blade, especially if you could keep the copper, eh, copper colored?
 
That turned out great! I have one that I've never carried, might have to "upgrade" it!
