Customizing a CS Espada XL?

I'm looking into customizing my main EDC knife, a Cold Steel Espada XL. I'm kind of picky when it comes to knife looks, and although I do like the style of the stock version I'm wanting to make it "mine". I unfortunately don't have the skills or assets to do it myself nor, have I had any luck finding someone or a group that do custom G-10 work or even clips for this knife. I'm preferably looking for someone willing to go a little out of the box. Any suggestions?

what exactly do you want to do to it? change clip type, or location? Change handle shape, or material? change blade shape, or grind? add decorative details?
 
I always thought if I got hold of one, I'd grind out the pistol grip swells to make it resemble an authentic Spanish navaja. What are your thoughts, OP?

Different G-10 scales mostly, but wouldn't mind looking into a custom clip (anodized/different style) maybe even a custom wave disk. Similar to what Tuffthumbz, Gavko, Menovade, etc. Did on YouTube.

A lot of people say the same thing from what I've read and heard about the Espada, but I'm actually a fan of the finger (hand?) choil. If it wasn't there I think it would feel like my hand would slide all over the handle length no matter what the texture is
