Do you guys have any recommendations on who to go to if I want work done on one of my knives? The work I have in mind is replacing the handle and guard of my cold steel recon tanto with a brass guard and a black canvas micarta handle. It will look similar to this.

Now, i contacted the maker of this knife, but he didn’t want to work on my knife.

Does anyone know anyone else who is good enough to do the work I want done? Have you used their services and how is the durability and quality of their work?
