Customizing an SOG PowerLock 2.0

I recently made the switch from my ailing Gerber Diesal to an SOG PowerLock 2.0 EOD

One of the major benefits of the SOG MTs is the tools can be swapped out, including some custom parts that are not available on any stock model. The Powerlock 2.0 has a C4 Spike that takes up a lot of room, so I switched it out with a wood saw and a 1/4" drive bit. I used Blue Loctite just as the instructions indicated, and loosened the bolt a quarter turn after stop.

However, there seems to be some unforeseen complications. The knife blade is now rather loose. It still locks but it wobbles when extended, and seem to come out a little too easily. Opposite the knife blade is the saw, which is very tight. In fact, on that one handle, the tools go from loose to tight left to right, but they're all on the same pivot.

Anyone done any customizing on their own SOG MT, and have any pointers that could help?

Thanks,

I found I had to play with the washer/bushing combo a bit. I didn't locktite mine, i just tighten it up every now and then. Part of the problem is that the handles are not quite square on mine, so there is some pressure on them from the bolt. I've got the file, scissors, v-cut, and PE blade, plus a few customed screwdrivers, and the robertson driver. its more of an urban set up, as I use it for work.
honestly I'd have dropped another 50$ on mine if I could guarantee the fit and finish, there are a few disappointing bits, and one of these days I'll do the full review.
