Customzie it

Sharpen it up and seal the handle with Snow Seal wax. I also dyed and sealed the sheath on one I own. They are great knives once ya get a nice edge on em :)

Almost any shoe store or outdoor store will have it.

I decided that I should customize it. Any suggestions of what I should or shouldn't do?

Dude, the whole point to "customizing" something is to make it work better for your purposes or look better according to your tastes. What do you want to do with it?

If you're just looking for ideas, ask yourself why you don't carry/use the knife now. What changes would make it worthwhile for you to carry? Is the grip comfortable? Maybe you could round off the edges of the guard, or even grind off the top arm of the crossguard completely. Carve down the leather so it's more oval in cross section for a more secure grip, and round off the edges of the pommel. Chances are, the edge needs to be reprofiled and thinned out. Maybe spend some time putting on a nice convex edge. Do you want the clip sharp enough to scrape with so you can save the main edge? Some guys opt to remove the black coating on the blade to give it a more traditional look. And of course you'd still never carry it if the sheath ain't comfortable. Explore different modes of carry.
