cut outs and saws?

i was wondering where and how much itd be to get a blade cut out?? and how to get a saw on the back of a blade like the WSK?? if yall can help me out i dont know much bout all of this

how do i put on a saw on the back tho or a place/person who can? and i dont have alot of time any more is there a place i can send in my design and details and get it up out and i finish it up?..what about handles i have a design and could show to somebody/place because i want it out of Micarta and i dont have everything to work with it
