Cutco/kabar bk16 look alike

I just came across this knife online, it strongly resembles the bk16 to me. However it seems of less quality with 440a stainless steel, and much higher price tag of $190. I do however wish the bk16 came with this sheath style thou.

My bad, when I googled it I didn't get the usual bladeforum threads like I normally do when searching knives.
