Cutlass Tip Chef, composite blade.

My latest... A 9" C-tip chef knife. 3 bar composite blade, two explosion bars of 15n20/1080 steels with a solid CruForgeV edge. Handle in two tones of box elder over blue G10 frame. 6.65 oz. total, 13.25" overall. Modified S grind bevels, zero at edge before sharpening.
