I was watching it and i noticed they have there own brand that looks just like the leek and they also use the zero tolerance name on a ax..they do sell Kershaw on the channel but i don't think Kershaw would like them stealing the leek design and using the zero tolerance name..:thumbdn:

Not cool I believe this is what the OP is talking about. http://www.cutlerycorner.net/productdetail.aspx?itemnumber=CCN-37945 Gonna add I was browsing their website , they have "borrowed" a lot of designs from a lot of famous makers , I was looking for the leek the OP was talking about, but I found quite a few "borrowed" designs that I dont know if the original designer would be to happy to find out about....

Yes, your link is working now, Allen. And good catch, Chris. Something tells me there's a phone call in Cutlery Corner's future. IMO, it couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of stooges either. :thumbdn:

According to kershaw's website every time SpeedSafe is mentioned it is like this SpeedSafe® Which tells me it is copyrighted :thumbdn: not cool. If this were in general I would post all the knock offs I saw, I found at least 8-10...

Also found a knife that looks a whole lot like a whirlwind as well, they sell Kershaw knives on the website, but they also sell knives that look very very similar in design, that are not Kershaw...

Thats not cool at all.......Guess others will do what ever it takes to run with the big dogs. Sadly its the world we live in these days. I hope Kai can put a stop to it as fast as possible.

Copyright on the word.

They (Kai) probably have a patent on the design.

Looks like Cutlery Corner is using the term Speed Safe to get around the copyright. The space makes all the difference.
