Anyone watch this show just for it's sheer entertainment value? I personally think the quality of the show matches up perfectly with the quality of the Frost products on they are selling. I catch myself heckling the TV quite often and some of those knives are just complete train wrecks. Oh, and everything is in "German high carbon stainless steel!" like that is supposed to mean something.

i cant believe they actually make enough money to justify having the show at all.
some of the names of those things are ludicrous...
all of which seem like i can cut them in half with my opinel... :barf:

i just dont get it.
like youm i just watch it to laugh at how dumb all the stuff they sell is.

Yes, I tune in mostly for the fun-factor. What I do happen to find amazing is their inherent lack of knowledge about anything newer than a slipjoint, or for that matter understanding of anything that a 3rd grader would be aware of.

Todd Boone has been hawking the POW/MIA Buck 110 Vietnam Commemorative SouthWEST Asia knife, and when I emailed them to say that it was SouthEAST Asia, they were dumbfounded.

I could go on and on but everyone who knows Frost knows Frost.

As I found out tonight, not only can you buy 140 high quality knives for 200 bucks but you also get a "hand made" katana worth 140 bucks for 2 dollars! Greatest. Deal. Ever.

Do you remember the segment where a guy slammed one of these bargain Katanas into the table, broke it in half, and got hurt by the bouncing shard? Was that Cutlery Corner?

Their $12 Katana is a very dangerous weapon actually... to the bearer!

My wife just rolls her eyes when she catches me watching, I'd rather be caught checking out a hot cheerleader to spend up all that extra karma.

He,He,He, yep just for the entertainment value I watch but only if the "Ladies in tights football league" is not playing!
peace

bld522, thanks for the link, I haven't seen it in a while, every time I watch it I'm a little less confident in the human race moving the ball forward, Odel has to be the biggest nimrod in the lower 48. "Folks, right now, we may need emergency surgery in the studio" really Odel?

Classic that video illustrates so much of what is wrong with our country today.

This is good, You guys are crackin-me-up !!!!
When it comes to watching commercials about "male enhancement"
at twice the decibel level ... OR ... watching Cutlery Corner for a
good laugh, I turn to the CC. Then I switch back the game or whatever
I was watching. It makes for a laughable commercial break !!!

I had a guy at work give me one of those knives as a gift of some sort. after he left, I got to looking and playing with it. While open, I was checking for side to side play and it broke in half. I felt kinda bad for the dude as he was all jazzed with his deal. I told him I keep it at the house for a utility knife. They are the biggest waste of money and materials I have ever seen.
