Hello,

I'm currently in the process of selecting a cutlery supplier for my restaurant, and I wanted to tap into the collective wisdom here for some guidance. I'm particularly interested in recommendations or experiences you might have had with reliable cutlery suppliers. My main considerations include the quality of the products, pricing transparency, and timely delivery. My restaurant must maintain a consistent standard in the dining experience we offer, and the choice of cutlery plays a significant role in this.

If you've had positive interactions with a cutlery supplier or have insights into factors to consider, I would greatly appreciate your input. Additionally, if there are any pitfalls or challenges you've encountered in this process, sharing those experiences would be immensely helpful.

More info please.

Where are you located? Are there local restaurant supply stores there? Do you currently have a cutlery vendor and, if so, is there an issue with them (availability/delivery, price, integrity, etc)?

If you can deal locally, it's easier to walk in & deal with staff in person. Dealing online has potential for vendors going incommunicado if there is an issue they don't want to deal with. How important is your time or aggravation tolerance in this scenario?

What type, level, & price of knives are you looking to get? Does your cuisine require particular tools (I'm thinking sushi here)?

Thx.
