I just felt the need to post up about a phone conversation I had with Tom from Cutter's Knife and Tool.
I sent an email to CKT this AM, inquiring about on of the models. I received a personal phone call regarding my email. Not a generated response message, but a very professional yet down to earth gentleman on the other end of the line.
Without airing someone else's business, the fact that I even received this call astounded me after hearing what was going on.
If this is any measure of what to expect from CKT, I have no doubt it will be a very easy business and gentleman maker to deal with.
