I recently traded for a CK&T MA. The knife was basically unused, and in great shape. After using it for a few days, I wasn't satified with the lock engagement. I sent an e-mail to CK&T explaining my concern, and also explained that I was a second owner with no receipt. Tom from CK&T replied that he didn't care if I was the first or tenth owner, that the knife was guaranteed for life. Tom told me to mail it in, and it would be fixed. Yesterday, a brand new CK&T DA was delivered to my house. Needless to say, I was floored by the generousity of Tom, and Cutters Knife and Tool. The new knife is in perfect condition. It has no blade play, and the lock is absolutely perfect. I was so impressed with the quality of this knife, and the quality of CK&T's customer service, that I just ordered a Kerambit from Tom. Tom, thank you again.
 
My wife(Luana), and I each have one of the early low serial numbered ones, and had small issues, and sent them in for adjustment, and got them back working perfect. Then later on when they came out with the newer style satin finished blades sent them in for the updated blades, and once again got them back in perfect condition.
Tom, and his company are to be commended on their efforts to make sure any, and all of the people who own their knives are happy with them, and going out of their way to make it right of any problems.
They are a tough framelock knife, and the D/A works superb.
