Cutting a design into a hawk blade

I have a LaGana Tactical Tomahawk (VTAC) from the American Tomahawk Company and would like to have a design cut into the center of the blade… kind of like the ‘weeping heart’ seen on some of the older tomahawks…. does anyone know where I can get this done? Thanks.
