I have created a gallery of some pictures I took at the Blade Show and ABS cutting contest. I was only able to be there Saturday so I missed a lot. Click the thumbnails to make em full size.

You've got some excellent shots there! From some of your angles I can tell we must've been falling all over each other. What sort of gear were you using etc.?

Hi Buddy,

I was the guy your left that asked you a question about using vibration reducing lenses on a tripod. Before the contest started I traded places with you so you could set up your tripod.

I was using a Nikon D70 with a Nikkor 24-120mm f3.5-f5.6 VR lens, hand held. I had my tripod but never got around to setting it up.

I like your pictures and your bent knife too.

I remember our conversation and your willingness to help accomodate my tripod. You are a gentleman, sir. I wound up ditching it in the end for obvious reasons. Man, it was hot out there on that asphalt, wasn't it? I was sweating like a pig! But it was fun. Hope to see you again some time. Maybe I can return the favor some how.

I would like to thank you for posting these pictures. I would also like to thank everyone who sent me pictures and posted them.The men in the cutting comp. can't take pictures so we rely on the generous people who do.I think I can safely say that every one who competed in the cutting comp. is thankful for everyone who took pictures and shared them.
