Cutting G10, wet tile saw blade life

Set up a wet tile saw to make replacement handles of G10. Read threads where that is the preferred tool as G10 kills bandsaw blades. How long do the diamond tile blades hold up? I hope for a damn long time.

I have been using the same blade for about 9 years....it is rusted but still works fine.
 
Thanks, that is good to hear. Someone gave me what turned out to be a dud saw and I bought a new one. So the blade I bought for the dud will sit for a long while.
 
I agree, there is no better way to cut g-10 or even micarta. I and cut all of the g-10 I have with a wet tile saw, I got used on craigslist. The blade is about 5 years old and still cuts great.
