I have a spartan nyx, and yes it is completly awesome, but was wanting to try my hand at making a kydex sheath. I can get the materials pretty cheap, but dont have a band saw, or anything like that. I thought about maybe a drimel. Any suggestions?

A hacksaw will work. Or you can "score" it with a sharp knife and it will break. A hacksaw or bandsaw works best.

I score my kydex with a sharp knife then break it; however, having a belt sander to shape it once its molded is really handy.

To cut general dimensions, width and length just score and break, I use a tabletop band saw with a metal cutting blade for shaping and either a tabletop disk sander or my dremel tool for the rest.... I always use .093 kydex
