Cutting some kydex on a router is sweet

Indeed not haha, it's been a huge learning curve but a fun one learning how to set up tool paths in the CAM on fusion. Definitely a first for me along with the vacuum press

Josh, does that vacuum table pull the CNC dust/shavings down so there's no mess? I used my tabletop CNC mostly for engraving and routing PCB boards due to the mess it makes. I don't have an enclosure for it... nor a vacuum table

I have an enclosure but just not using it... and no, while I want a vacuum table I'm not using one here. I am using a 3d printed 'fixture' that is bolted to the mdf waste board, then I use double sided tape to stick the kydex to the 3d printed fixture. to control the mess I just am using the genmitsu dust boot with a shop vac attached to it and it works amazing.

Fantastic! I'm planning on doing something like this in the future as well. Right now I'm still messing with handles on the router.
