Fascinating machine! A batch of Chisos and Baby Chisos waiting for a bevel, heat treat and handle. The cost works out to ~$5/blade when >50 are run at a time. Very smooth cut, clean and almost no heat generated.

Yup,Very cost effective way to do multiple same part runs. Not a bad way to do it so long as the customer is made aware of the process used.

You're liking that, huh? A very worthwhile technology indeed, makes super clean cuts. I recall the first time I heard of water jet, I was looking at one this guy was building and when he showed me clean, precise test cuts in 1" steel plate, I was pretty astounded.

I'm curious, too. Will you be grinding them?

As explained on my website, I (me, myself) have and will continue to engineer, design, profile, grind (see pic below), heat treat and finish some of the knives I offer. http://www.bushmonkeyknives.com/Available-Knives.html

BMK, Please stop with the military stuff... you brought it up this time. There are people on this site that can and will track down your military information. Just make your knives do your thing.

That's a non-answer for sure. I mean, I care not a bit how these will be finished or who grinds them. Just trying to make conversation, never mind.

no one cares if you're ex military dude. you were a pawn and now you do something else. show me a final product and MAYBE I'll be interested

ugh not this guy again.
OP is clearly incapable of responding to questions in a clear or relevant way.
Make it stop.

Your question was answered above: "As explained on my website, I have and will continue to engineer, design, profile, grind, heat treat and finish some of the knives I offer." Not liking the answer you get (see above) does not mean your question was "non-answered".

So, since you seem to have such difficulty with the simple statements like "Yes, I will" or "No, I wont", we are forced to infer that these are NOT some of the knives you grind.

Thanks for clearing that up for us.

He has GOT to be a Politician.. I've never seen anyone other than a Politician avoid questions like this. My name is George Washington and I make knives that nobody else can duplicate. If you don't believe me, file a freedom of information act request to obtain my military service file. (After all, I said that's my name so I must be him)

Another thing, I figured the pic you posted on this thread was showing that you ground one of those knives? Then I realized it was the same pic you have been using all along. Have you ever ground a plunge line? I would think not. In that last abortion of a thread, you belittled people who grind knives, mentioned how even though you don't make sparks, you are still the worlds best soldier/survivalist and knife maker. Then you mention how simple it is.

I personally would like to see a picture of your heat treating and knife grinding set up. I'm sure this will be avoided as well.

I realized that everything you have said is absolutely correct and everything that I have said is absolutely wrong. Furthermore, everything you say in the future will always be correct and accurate and everything I say will be incorrect and innacurate. Thank you for your comments.

Please let me know when you want to follow up on my invitation to have one of your sawzall blade knives compared to one of my "arcane" works.

Acrid,

Your knives are superior to mine in every way imaginable. Thanks again!

Since we are supposed to cherry pick words from your statements to get our answers (see post #11)
This is what a lot of us now see in your posts.

If you were to relax, and behave like a normal human being, you might find folks were not always jumping you.

It's OK to say things like yes, I will, or No, I won't.
