Im thinking on converting one of my bm42 balisong's to latchless, what would be my best bet to go about doing so?what would be the best way for me to cut through the titanium,im pretty lost when it comes to this but i want to give it a shot.any suggestions?

A milling machine. Barring that, a hacksaw and files. Maybe a dremel tool, but it's pretty easy to slip with one of those.

Titanium is softer than pretty much all steels (around 50RC I think) so I second the hacksaw.
