Sick brother. I have been admiring his work for some time now. I just got a Condor primitive bush knife in, and the handles are quite narrow. I'm thinking of having him make some thicker ones for me. I saw a set he did for one, and they looked killer.
Thanks, Yeah I have yet to see any of his work that didn't impress me. The man is definitely a true craftsman.
Those look great. Love that orange burlap micarta...sorry, tangerine
LOL, yeah, that's just what Dylan decided to name this color. I wish they would make the electric orange again! I am getting some make for another Becker out of some of their electric plum for another BK-16 for another friend.
I have a couple of sets of his scales for full size beckers. They are fantastic.
Thanks for that. I haven't tried those yet. I may have to get some for a BK-4
I do have a couple of sets too, one is for a full sized and the other one for a tweener, both are great, this guy adds lots of detail on his work, plus his customer service is awesome.
I agree 100%.
I wish he would make a little web site rather than that facebook thing thats hard to dicipher
I here he makes nice scales
You are not the only one to voice that opinion, and that may be happening in the near future
Good looken ! He does do great work . I had him do some thicker sets for me with g10 liners . Made the 21 feel so much better in my hand .
Yes he does. I have ones with liners for other knives, and even some really complex scales for yet another. The man really is an artist, very creative.
NICE one, Mist!
Looks way better than the rattle-can job on my BK-15 scales.

great gift!
Thanks man. LOL, if I remember right, your's aren't so shabby. There is more to it than this, but this is where I started. She is an impressive girl. She has been a librarian, and librarians are among my childhood heroes, since high school and at 24 just graduated with her Masters of Library Science. She lives in an environment known for it's natural disasters in CA, and is FEMA C.E.R.T. certified. She studies new survival skills to the point of understanding and then incorporates them into workshops she teaches in her community. We have spent a lot of hours going over certain aspects of survival and variations on themes for differing environments in sort of a correspondence course on survival studies the last several months. I have gathered several pieces of quality gear for a kit for her. Items I know from experience can take the abuse of class instruction.
Joe does phenomenal work. I have set of his large scales on my BK21. They look and feel great.
I agree, he does. Next up will be a few sets of BK-11 scales. Like me, she prefers beers that don't have twist off caps
