CV and stainless

i hear all thre time how CV is sooo much better and sharper than stainless... eerr well its coblers . i can get a razor sharp edge on both ,
i think is a case of ,"they dont make em like they used to " ..:jerkit: yeah right, meanwhile back on earth , we have no problem with either in this modern day and age of quality metals .
