Thought I would share my latest discovery of Czech knife designer Martin Hilnak.

There are a lot more designs, above are just a few.

There's some "taste" ! The small "nessmuk" flavoured in the top picture gets all my votes. The woods are splendid, the blade shapes are perfect, the whole is bolted.... only good things. Gotta love it. Not so sure about his locking choices : the zipper unlocker (nessmuk type) is a pain in any pocket and the sheepfoot below seems to be a linerlock (not the best lock ever). But eye candy, for sure. Just had to take a look again at that nessmuk : give it a strong slipjoint backspring instead of the obnoxious zippy and I'm in. If you mind, tell us all about the steels, the woods, all you got.

You don't see wood like that on larger folders! Very classy look and nice lines. Yes, more details please

"Please do not link directly to this resource. You must have a session in the forum." That's the message I get from a lot of the photos.

I've had limited success researching info on the designer. A lot of the stuff is in Czech. I was initially introduced to the designer's work through the following youtube video. I've contacted the uploader of the video and he is in contact with the designer. He said he would get me a price and availability list, which I will share upon receipt.
