D BELL Miniature Fixed Blade/Sheath; But Which D BELL?

Found this at our twice-annual gun & knife show yesterday, and it followed me home.

I've contacted the Don Bell in Nova Scotia, and the one in Montana. This wasn't made by either of 'em.

Anybody have a suggestion about who might have made this little delight?

The mark is like my title: no dot after the D initial; all caps.
