D-Guard BG-BM - does yours have a swedge?

So I finally got my D-Guard and DT BG-BMs yesterday, and was just looking them over-

All my Double Talons have swedges, but on the D-guards one has a small swedge and the others don't.

What are they supposed to be?
What are yours?
 
Interesting observation.. Looking on my phone so I could be wrong but the photo of the DGBM on their site appears to have a swedge. I think mine has a swedge but I can confirm tonight.

:confused:wtf. Both my DT and dg Mistresses had swedges, same size swedges. Very odd, how many without swedges did you get? Pics, please.
 
I bought 3 D-Guard BMs, only one has a swedge, the other 2 don't.
Here's a quick pic of the tips- The black one has a swedge, the grey and brown don't.
 
😕Sure you already know would hit up Jerry if unsatisfied with that. Gotta admit i would be. Not worst thing in world, but the swedges I thought really made the tip more functional, maybe not by alot though. How do you like them without the swedge? If anything you'll have the first DG variants out of the shop. If not digging them sure something will be done.
 
Seems the D guards and DT mistresses have had a lot of variations..few people got shorter blades and i think different sized handle, could be wrong on the handles. And now a few no swedges. Weird

I actually kind of like them without the swedge, and considering that there obviously aren't many this way I think I'm gonna keep them. Makes them more unique/rare/valuable/etc.
