Here is my latest, and best, knife to date. I borrowed the basic idea from another knifemaker, but added my own special twists and styling. The blade is darkened from the heat treat (Peter's Heat Treat) and polished by me. I did not go for the mirror finish as I am not a fan of those, and I don't like cleaning them. The handle scales are hickory scraps from old crates. And that is not a false edge. It is just as sharp as the rest of the blade. It cuts like a dream. 

Now all I need is a sheath. Anyone want to volunteer a free one?
