I had the priviledge of shooting this knife for Don Hanson (sunfishman) and Ray Cover Jr. Typical of Don's work are the dressy gent's folders, but he is versatile at ANYTHING, it appears. This is top shelf work through and through.
Also 'typical' is Ray Cover's incredible engraving. This time the demons are scary enough to grab you!
They go well with Don's own 'goblins and spiders' mosaic damascus blade.
3'' Hanson mosaic damascus blade,
Solid 18k red gold bolsters, screws, thumb stud and inlays.
Black lip pearl scales,
File worked titanium liners
7 1/2'' overall.
Credit goes to Rob Blanton for commissioning this work.
What a knife! Enjoy!
