D2 question...........

I have an Amherst Cutlery Straight carver in D2/stag. My question is whether this blade should be at all flexible at RC 60. I can bend the blade 10-15 degrees with my fingers, it is 1/8" at the ricasso. Is this abnormal????

Not at all abnormal. Is HRc 60 the advertised hardness or did you test it?
