Hi guys,

overall length 8" (205mm).
Scales of Guayubira, a argentinian natural hardwood, leather sheath.
Hope you like.
Greetings.

Elegant and lovely!

I love the wood choice and the two different size pins together add interest.

Hi. If you don't mind, I would like to learn if you ground the blades at the original hardness of 60rc, assuming you are using ready-made Bojler planer blades.
I ask because I made my first planer blade knife using Bohler D2and wore out over twenty 1x30 belts.
What type of grinder sre you using?
Your knives are very nice. Something to aspire to. Thank you.

Hello,
i don´t work on D2 hardening, the procedure basis is... i buy a sheet, cut with metal cut, profile on the wrinder, make center blade, grinding with #60 grit with my house made grinder machine, the make holes, hardening, tempering, regrind with #60, # 120 #240, and #320 on grinder, then grind by hand .
Regards.
