i just recieved a BM 907 mini stryker and when i opened it there was a pretty big chip in the blade. i realized that the blade was hitting a spacer in the back occasionally. now my question is does anyone else have this problem? and should i send it back? i can deal and if anyone else has had this problem is there a way to fix it?

Send it in for replacement/repair.

It can be fixed (set the edge back), but in a new knife such is simply unacceptable.

Things happen sometimes.

Benchmade will replace it, no problem.
They stand behind thier product.
Call first to let them know it's coming.

I EDC the regular size Stryker, but the thing you mentioned did not happen to mine. The F&F on my Stryker is excellent. Send it back to Benchmade, they'll fix it. They have great warranty.
