Ian, Being a lefty with Oku's sheaths doesn't matter. His rigs are ambitudinal-dextrously, biaxial-laterally, dipodiatric-synchronously, quadra-orientationally, multi-positionally, ortho-angulationarily, bifur-optomerically, and hyper-rotationally switchable to all points on the human body (or even a semi-human body ).

The only difference you can see would be that the drain hole is positioned out of view depending on what side you say you wanted to wear it on. (dexterous-wise that is)
