Dagger...finally finished

This sucker is finally finished. The dagger has a 12 1/2" blade of 300+ layer "lazy twist" nickle-damascus. The handle is Sambar stag with ebony and bronze/brass/nickle-silver spacers and pins. The ends are bronze and file worked nickle-silver discs and the pommel is bronze with an onyx cabochon. Tess did a real nice blade sheath with a Celtic carving pattern. I gotta thank Jim Cooper (sharpbycoop.com) for doing a really nice picture, too. This one was way too much for me to photograph.

Sorry John, this one already went out but, I'm bringing one of my "Hunting Claws" with a 10" nickle-damascus blade that's pretty sweet looking, I think. Look forward to seeing you there.
