I ordered an ESEE 4 and Firekit on Dec. 30th at 11am. I was expecting I might see this toward the end of the week, given the holiday weekend and all. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised to find it in the mailbox this afternoon. Awesome service!

As for the ESEE 4 and Firekit, I am equally impressed. Both products scream quality! They'll both be along for my next trip up to the mountains.

TKC is easily the best online knife dealer out there in my opinion. There are others who are quite good, but it's hard to touch Dale in terms of customer service and fast shipping.
 
Dales a great guy. My wife ordered a knife for me right before Christmas. It took only 2 days to get it. I have a handful of dealers I do business with and Dale is one of them.
 
I've gotten 90% of my ESEEs from Dale, great guy and store. I've got my HEST F preordered with him also.
 
Dale's provides excellent and friendly customer service.

I live in Ohio and have to pay sales tax on orders from him, which when you're ordering a lot of knives amounts to quite a bit when you're paying 7%. It's still worth it, knowing you're helping to support an upstanding and honest dealer.

Dale is first class and does an excellent job as one of our dealers. You can count on Dale every time!
 
I've never waited more than 2 days on an order from Dale. I've made my last 3 purchases from them. Good people.
 
If Dale says he shipped something and you don't get it, then the mailman screwed up.
 
i've got you beat, placed an order from Dale the night of the 30th, got shipping notification on the morning of the 31st, and knives got here today! i was impressed.
 
It's easy to ship fast and reliable when you have a TARDIS at your disposal. :D

Dale's the man no doubt. :thumbup:
