Dale Baxter Sweet little hunter

Here is a little hunter I have named Miss Jenny. She has a 3 7/8" 1095 carbon steel blade (8"OAL) and her Handle is stabilized Caribou antler with
turquoise spacers. Her guard and butt cap are German silver.
She has a super clean 600 grit working finish.

Originally she was ordered with a Carbon Steel blade and after the blade was forged, the custoner wanted a Damascus blade. I made another knife with a Damascus blade and decided to finish the carbon blade and Miss Jenny was born and I'm sure we will find her a good home.

That is really a nice looking hunter! I really like 1095, I have a J. Neilson crook-back with 1095 that really performs well in the field. I think more makers should use 1095.
