Oh, dayum, Tirtha does a Chitlangi! My very first HI blade ever was a 21" 29 oz. Chitlangi from Amtrak that could be the twin of this, and is still my favorite HI ever after all this time.

I'm telling you guys sight unseen this is a great blade, (and the price is a true DOTD).

Wish I could swing it, but congrats in advance to the lucky winner. :D

Norm

BTW, (slipping into my work analyst mode!), given the price I paid for the Amtrak 7 years ago this Chitlangi should have been priced at a minimum of $153 just to match inflation.

+1 on the Chit. If I wasn't awaiting on the completion of another deal, I would be making an offer on that Chit.

I hate shift work.
Nice knives come up and I'm stuck at work.
Beautiful blades.
Nice grabs people.

Looks like Tirtha made a skinning blade variant of the farmcata. Looks like it would be a pretty useful camp blade.

Due to the layout of the DOTD photo's of the Farmcata versus the Farm Knife, I can now truly say I have made up my mind which I like the most:

"And the Winner Is ... Himalayan Imports Farm Knife by Tirtha Kami!"
 :D  :D
