Dalton Cupid OTF question >>>

IF anyone could give me some info on this Dalton Cupid, I'd apprciate it. I know that there have been a few different versions of the Cupid, grey handles, black handles, hand ground blades, clips, no clips, etc. From these pics, can you experts tell me anything about this one? It has the grey handles, a pocket clip, and the # 812xx at the bottom of the handle.
