I had the idea to create a series called ‘Ladies of the night’ For women who need self defense. The female version of “You call that a knife?” Women who believe in equality. Women who do not want to dial 911. Women who are not in a position to dial 911. “Make my day” Let the rapist be the victim. For such female customers I want to smile “I just might have something for you”

Knives with names like ‘Heart breaker’

Advertized as “Will go between the ribs or shoulder blade without breaking”

Handle is baby fossil walrus tusk. Sheath is mammoth ivory. Guard custom cast bear of copper. I may try one smaller, another one light long thinner. One I want to go in a stand like on a night stand by the bed. Or a nice balanced throwing knife…..

Really pretty Miles. What kind of steel? Actually looks like a wooden blade in the pictures, very nice effect!

Hello Wuluf
I do not know much about the steel beyond it is damascus made by Tony ...um forget his last name - this was a sliver of scrap piece after cutting a billet. HIgh nickle steel and 1095. Torch heat- oil dunk hardened, then triple tempered. I have a torc wrench to test flex at 10 pounds and 20 degree flex. Cuts through a brass brazzing rod without chipping, then still cuts paper. My standard test for a blade.
