Pattern welded Steel and blade (grind and HT) by Delbert Ealy

Handle by me made from my Red-Black-Brown canvas twist laminate (aka dragons breath) with some copper and a little black linen to finish it off

9-1/8" OAL with a 4-1/8" blade (tip to guard)

Here is the handle with some linseed oil worked in to bring out some contrast:

Todd,
This is my fav. from you so far.
I really need to order some of your handle material some time.

The oiled handle makes a HUGE difference! Meh knife without it (the matte/chalky handle just sucks all the joy out if it) and very nice knife with it!

Thanks, it was a fun one to do. I bought the blade almost a year ago and I waited for the inspiration to come. When I took the dragon breath out of the mold, it seemed like the right thing.

I'll be happy to make something up for you. I sure could use all the business I can get.

It did the trick didn't it? Thanks!
