Damascus and Mother of Pearl Bowie ~ Want to Identify Maker

I am hoping some of you may recognize this as someone's work. It is unmarked (as far as I can tell). It appears well made with good fit and finish. The blade is cable damascus and measures 8". The OAL of the knife is 12 3/4". The guard is pattern welded damascus and the bolsters are mosaic damascus. The pearl is quality mother of pearl. I appreciate any help or general comments on the knife.

Sometimes when you run across a knife like that it the blade was purchased and then assembled by a hobbyist.

Any maker who could make that would mark that.

But no mark is made when you just buy the parts and assemble them.
