Damascus Beauty question

Hoefully Terry or Germany can help with this, Is the damascus in the Beauty hand forged stainless twist or Damasteel? I have many knives with Damasteel and this does not seem like it, I would have to think it is hand forged stainless, if so, who forged it? Teyke? This is a great knife. Thanks for any help.
