Damascus blacksimth's knife

Hello

I made a little something to a dear friend of mine. :)
This one is a bit tricky.
Unfortunately at the end turned out that it required a bilet far bigger than I could make, so I made it like so: I forged a damascus bilet large enough for a normal knife and than I forge welded a piece of wrought iron sideways to the blade's tang, thus making the tang long enough, so I could make it curly.
So it's not made entirely of damascus, somewhere in the middle of the handle the damascus vanishes and iron takes its place completely.

NIce knife! Great execution with the damascus and wrought iron. I like the sheath also.
