Damascus blade blanks

Hi Gang!
Does anyone have any suggestions for bladesmiths who make damascus blade blanks/semi-finished blades? My wife wants to have a damascus Scottish Dirk blade with fittings that we already own. For that matter, I'd be kinda interested in doing the finishing work on a damascus sgian dubh.
