Does anybody here have a damascus blade that they use as a user/edc?

How is the edge retention/durability compared to the S30V's etc...

(not looking to cause any controversy or stir the pot - just looking for feedback, but of course, I want to hear all of your opinions...)

Also - let's see some pics of your Damascus CRK's while your at it...

I've used mine for light/med edc tasks and it's holding up great.
I don't use it nearly as much as my 21 with s30v, but from the bit of use it's gotten the damascus has held up nicely.
Still shaves paper and hasn't needed a touch up.

The jimping on these seem to be more hard cut and actually functional!

Mine has held up great as well.I've had it for about a year and used it quite often, still hasn't had a touchup and cuts fine.No chips or rollover either.
