Hi All
Here is my newest one from New Zealand, 1200 layer damascus carving knife, with an african wild olive handle and sterling silver.
Total lenght 14.5 inch.
The handle construction is something new for me.

Another beauty. Carving knife wasn't the first thing that came to mind when I saw this knife, but then again, why not?

Keith, to be honest I made it and then I thought what is it, so if you got a better name for it please say so.

To me it looks more like a stylistic fighter, but I bet it would work great as a carving knife as well.
