Hi, I want to introduce to you one of my Chefs knives,
Blade is made from 5 twisted rods of damascus steel, each of those rods have 300 layers of 1.2842 and 1.2767 steels. hardened to 60 Hrc. Blade is 250 mm long and 4mm thick. handle is made from Ostrich bone and my tipical handle fitting from patinated construction steel.
