- Ergonomic and fully functional simple design
- 416 Layer 52100/5160/15n20/203E Damascus Steel, great toughness and edge holding
- It has a bottle opener that works very well
- Easy deployment from the wallet because of strategically placed grooves that feel great in the hand. Grab it quickly and easily.
- Light enough to carry anywhere
- Well placed lanyard holes, great for quick deployment
- Actually fits in a wallet and is shaped and sharpened to fit well, nothing to hang it up on
- Self defense; it is in your wallet for unexpected use
- Easy to sharpen microbevel on opposite of main chisel grind
- Unsharpened swedge; this helps the knife go in the wallet or sheath
- Thumb ramp for control and comfort

0037KSM I have you covered!

IMWILSON, I think you mentioned wanting one so I held one just in case.

Thanks guys!

Well, guess what showed up in today's mail? I received the custom-finish Ti version and the Damascus version I'd previously ordered. Amazing tools!

Since I collect credit card knives and have about 2 dozen of them from almost as many makers, I have a firm opinion about what features work and what do not. I passed my pros and cons on to Daniel a while back. I'm happy (and a bit proud) to say he listened and incorporated what works and left out what doesn't work. Obviously, I haven't had the opportunity to carry them and see how they perform from day to day but I can say that all the ingredients for a proper cc knife are there - correctly sized and placed fingerholes, a thumb ramp, appropriate thickness and a side choil. These all work together to provide a secure and comfortable grip.

I also ordered the optional leather wallet made by Daniel's wife. Excellent piece of work in itself.

Here's a couple of pics.

I hear you , I have been double posting like crazy... I thought it was my internet but I do think it is the forum. I noticed a lot of new changes after it was down the other night.

Man those look great Daniel. Nice work!

Thanks! Much appreciated! :D

Just had to show the collection. This is most of them. I didn't include the ones that have to be opened in some fashion, eg, Tekna, SOG, etc.

There's everybody from Piorek to Snody to Neil Blackwood to Warren Thomas to Crawford to Fairly in there, as well as others. With a little thought you can likely figure out the ones that are functional and not just a novelty. Daniel's is in the top 3, possibly 2 depending on material used.

PS - just realized I left out several others including a very cool Atwood.

Hey Daniel,

I'll take one of these if you have one left, plus a wallet. LMK when you can.
