Hi folks.

Today I would like to show you a knife, I built in customer's order some time ago.
It is used as an EDC.

For this knife I forged a 240 ply damascus steel and used desert ironwood for the handle.

Thanks for watching and all the best.

Looks superb :) Nice use of damascus and wood. I like the way the pattern in the damascus fits the curves of the blade.

What steels did you use? Does it have a sheath?

Thanks for joining Bladeforums. I liked your site as well, your work is distintive.

Spectacular knife! I really like integrals, and your work is superb. Damascus and ironwood is always a great combination. Thanks for posting!

Hi everybody.

Many thanks to ya all! I'm pleased about your words! That's very kind of you!

Hi brownshohe.
I used three different steels for this knife.
• ball-bearing steel
• nickel alloyed carbonsteel
• steel from an old 20 mm antiaircraft gun

In this time I made a leather sheath for it - I'll post a photo showing it. (Nowadays a great leather-craftsman makes the sheaths for my knifes.) :)

Thanks again and a have a nice day, folks.
