Having been on the forums for a couple of weeks now I have realized that everyone is very receptive and friendly towards other makers and those who represent them. We would like to ask you to look at our offerings and give us your opinions and comments. http://www.homestead.com/lwdealers/ Thanks for your time and input.

Sorry, much as I should like to look, my browser does not support Java, so I cannot access the site.

Hey Stab1,

My honest opinion? Those damascus blades are beautiful, I can't really comment on the handles because I personally don't care for that type of bone and horn, but the carvings are nice. The webpage itself needs a little work, in the specials and news section it asks you for a password, and there is just something about the background. But those damascus blades!!!!

Kisu, Thanks for your comments. The web page is an ongoing and fairly new project so it still has a lot of work left to be done. The last page is a dealers only page and that is why it is passworded. I know the background is a "little bright" but it was the only one that I've found so far that kind of fits the theme of the name Lonewolf.

I love damascus and your knives show why. I tried to get into the specials page and needed the password, which I didn't have so I couldn't tell what was available or see any of the prices on the blades.

I only have one suggestion, but you already noted that the site is still under construction and you may have already considered it. I'd like to see the images linked to larger or more close-up pics of each knife. These knives are beautiful (did I say I love damascus?) and this would allow the viewer to see more of the detail in each piece.

Otherwise, nice site and great looking knives!

Nice knives, we need more bowie shaped blades!! But some suggestions: trim your pics a bit resolution wise, it takes a while for the pictures to load (I have only 56K connection at home). You could use small thumbnails (gif format) that will link you to a larger picture (jpg), don't just resize them. That way they'll load faster.

Ron L, Thanks for looking at the site. The knives you saw range in size from 2.5 inches to 9 inch blades. All of the blades are now done in Damascus, even the ones you see in the pix that are stainless. Also the "Bang for the Buck" is outstanding. If you or anyone is interested in pricing let me know and I will email it to you. Not sure if pricing here is forum kosher.

Frantium, What's a 56K connection?

Just joshin. Been there, done that and know your frustration. All of the things you mentioned are planned, it just will take a little time to get it done.

I like the standard line, and the "custom line 2". Really nice knives!!!
Unlike the others, though, I LIKE the background. But, then, I'm crazy about dogs, so anything with paw prints I'm gonna like.

Keep working on the site. Picture links to larger images would be great. And, of course, prices. If you are planning on doing any selling (I mean, as opposed to just advertising what your distributors can order).

rockspyder, We hope to eventually sell but right now are just looking for input on the product line. When we get ready to sell on the forum or link to it we will make sure we post in the appropriate forum location. Thanks for the input as yours and the others is giving me a laundry list of to-do's.
